Small Group Training

A combination of high intensity interval training (HIIT) techniques that will challenge even the best of athletes. But don’t misunderstand, these classes are for all levels.

*Monday: 8:15 AM

*Tuesday: 8:15 AM, 9AM Seniors, 12:00 PM, 5:30 PM

*Wednesday: 5:30 AM, 8:15 AM, 9:15 AM

*Thursday: 8:15 AM, 9AM Seniors, 12:00 PM, 5:30 PM

*Friday: 5:30 AM, 8:15 AM

*Saturday: 9:30 AM

Seniors Class: Tuesday and Thursday: 9:00 AM
