Kelly is an experienced personal trainer based in Clemmons, NC who has helped individuals of many different fitness levels achieve their goals. Kelly has dedicated her time to training techniques designed to enhance strength, endurance, balance, core stability and an overall improved quality of life.

Kelly is certified by AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America), American Red Cross CPR/AED and first aid. Additionally, she has TRX specific training and most recently completed training in Indianapolis, Indiana to become a certified Rock Steady Boxing coach.

An East Carolina University graduate with a degree in counseling, Kelly has been motivating people to reach their potential for years.

Fitness has been a passion for Kelly her entire life, but officially began in 2010 at the Jerry Long YMCA. There she served first as a wellness coach and then as a personal trainer and bootcamp instructor.

In 2013, Kelly made a leap of faith to start her own business and C3 Fitness was born. Her love of fitness has grown into a passion that she loves to share with others. Year after year, C3 continues to provide clients with the best in both small group and personal training. One session with Kelly shows her contagious enthusiasm. Rock Steady Boxing, an exercise program for Parkinson’s patients, is the newest addition to C3 Fitness and is very near and dear to Kelly’s heart.

Kelly has been married for 20 years and has 2 beautiful children.
