8:15 am - Small Group Training

Wednesdays:

9:15 am - Yoga Stretch with Darlene

Wednesdays and Fridays:

5:30 am - Small Group Training

Tuesday and Thursdays:

9:00 am - Ladies Class

Pricing

Individual Personal Training: $50 per 50 minute session

Individual Packages:

  • 4 individual sessions = $200
  • 8 individual sessions = $400
  • 12 individual sessions = $600

Small Group Training and Boot Camp:

  • $120 per month Unlimited
