*Personal Training: One on one customized 50 min training to focus on your personal journey. All three aspects of exercise, nutrition, and state of mind will be focused on to fit your lifestyle and achieve the best results for you.

*Small Group Training: 50 minute HIIT classes. All levels welcome, modifications provided. Morning and evening small group training classes available. Evening class at 5:30 pm is a 30 min express class.

*Open Gym: one hour of open gym, a workout will be provided on the white board at C3. Feel free to enjoy the provided workout or use the gym and equipment and create your own. A trainer will present if you need any assistance.

*Online Member Subscription: Workout anywhere and join the C3 Fitness Online Subscription and we’ll meet on the C3 Fitness YouTube Channel. Stay tuned for details.
